Washington Hospital Services, Inc. is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Washington State Hospital Association. Its purpose is to provide superior products and services to health care providers in the Northwest at cost-effective prices. Profits are used to further the mission of the Washington State Hospital Association. The mission of the association is to advocate on behalf of and support its hospital members in achieving their missions and improving the health of their communities.
Washington Hospital Services provides unemployment and workers’ compensation claims services through a division called United Claims Management. United Claims Management also offers safety and compliance services, including on-site management, and education for workers and staff. In addition, Washington Hospital Services offers an industry partners program that links hospitals to companies that Washington Hospital Services has determined offer exceptional products at reasonable rates.
